Use This Form For:
Printed T-shirts and apparel using vinyl heat transfers
This service includes:
- One-color or mult-color printed designs
- Front, back, or combined print locations
- Apparel printing suitable for clubs, programs, events, and school groups
Important Notes Before Ordering
This service is not for embroidery or patches
Garment availability, sizing, and color options are limited to what is outlined in the order form
Specialty finishes or unusual materials may require additional reviewArtwork & Design Requirements
File uploads are required
- Upload a print-ready design file
- Artwork should be sized appropriately for garment printing
- If your file requires adjustments, a proof may be provided for approval before production.

Use This Form For:
Embroidered patches created using professional embroidery machines.
This service includes:
- Embroidered patches only (no direct garment embroidery)
- Client-selected thread colors
- Patches may be ordered:
- As patches only (with optional heat-apply glue backing), or
- Applied to garments you supply
If patch application is selected, garments must be delivered to the ACE at Hermitage Print Lab.
Minimum order: 5 patches
Maximum order: 20 patches
Important Notes Before Ordering
This form is not for printed apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, heat-press designs)
.EPS files are not the same as PDF files which require digitization for embroidery. Digitization services may result in an additional charge.
Garments are not provided and must be supplied by the client
Artwork & File Requirements
File uploads are required
- Preferred file type: .EPS (best format for embroidery machines)
- If an .EPS file is not available, you may upload a .PDF
Please describe your intended embroidery outcome and specify your desired thread color.
If artwork edits are needed, you will be contacted for approval before a quote is issued.
